    A LITTLE ABOUT ME

    It's all about the passion

    I've been cooking since I can remember. My mum and grandmother were cooks, so I guess you could say that it's in the blood.

     

    I worked in kitchens from 15 years old and learnt from everyone that I could. But the majority of what I do has been self taught through sheer passion and thirst for experience.

     

    I have had the great opportunity to work in some fantastic fine dinning kitchens before turning to private cheffing, which allows me the time and care I want to be able to provide my clients with exactly what I want then to experience.

     

    My food is full of flavour and excitement, influenced by every corner of the world. I have taken great time to learn about cuisines from all over the world, so that I can share these flavours with you.
